Next Horizon Group in Scranton is hiring an Entry Level Manager to support AT&T Fiber growth through sales coordination.
As part of our sales and marketing firm, the Entry Level Manager will guide team members, oversee sales efforts, and ensure every interaction aligns with sales objectives.
By reinforcing strong sales practices and aligning team sales efforts, the Entry Level Manager contributes to steady Fiber expansion.

As an Entry Level Manager, you’ll start with training on AT&T Fiber’s high-speed internet solutions, including whole-home Wi-Fi and low-latency reliability.
The Entry Level Manager then oversees a team of sales associates, conducting consultations to help customers upgrade their internet.
The Entry Level Manager’s sales-driven leadership will ensure their team exceeds performance goals while delivering exceptional AT&T Fiber experiences to every household.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager

• Oversee AT&T Fiber consultations, ensuring your sales team delivers clear, friendly, and sales-driven interactions with Scranton households.

• Develop sales strategies to expand AT&T Fiber’s reach, focusing on neighborhoods with high demand for reliable internet.

• Coach sales team members on consultative sales techniques, helping them match customers with the perfect AT&T Fiber plan.

• Build relationships with Entry Level Managers to promote AT&T Fiber and drive trust in the brand.

• Analyze sales trends to adjust team tactics, ensuring steady growth in AT&T Fiber enrollments.

• Track team progress and report sales metrics, using data to refine sales outreach and increase AT&T Fiber adoption.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Manager

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience in management or sales is a plus.

• Shows reliability and follow‑through that reinforces operational consistency.

• Adapts communication style to keep both team direction and sales momentum steady.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with an active team and sales expectations.
