The Entry Level Manager then oversees a team of sales associates, conducting consultations to help customers upgrade their internet.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager
Oversee AT&T Fiber consultations, ensuring your sales team delivers clear, friendly, and sales-driven interactions with Scranton households.
Develop sales strategies to expand AT&T Fiber’s reach, focusing on neighborhoods with high demand for reliable internet.
Coach sales team members on consultative sales techniques, helping them match customers with the perfect AT&T Fiber plan.
Build relationships with Entry Level Managers to promote AT&T Fiber and drive trust in the brand.
Analyze sales trends to adjust team tactics, ensuring steady growth in AT&T Fiber enrollments.
Track team progress and report sales metrics, using data to refine sales outreach and increase AT&T Fiber adoption.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Manager
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in management or sales is a plus.
