Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative

The Jay Briscoe Insurance Agency in Auburn, CA is looking for motivated professionals to join our Agent Development Program (ADP). This structured, 6-8 month mentorship is designed for high-performing individuals ready to transition from sales or service into long-term leadership roles within the Farmers Insurance network.

• Hands-on Mentorship: Receive direct training from an experienced agency leader in sales, marketing, and team management.
• Career Pathing: Graduates of this program are eligible for advanced opportunities, including agency management or executive-level tracks.

• W-2 position with a base salary + commission + bonus opportunities

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with leads through phone, email, and local networking
• Conduct insurance consultations and quote personalized coverage options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency
• Learn the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Previous sales or business experience preferred
