Above average performers make $60,000$80,000 in their first year, with our top performers can expect $80,000-$120,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

- Sales Generation: Actively pursue new sales opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products offered by the agency.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with agency policies.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Learning and Development: Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Licensing assistance available.
- Experience: Sales experience is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided.
