We're currently seeking an Entry Level HVAC Install Assistant who wants to grow in a career, has a mix of technical precision, strong people skills and a sturdy desire to learn and understand changing smart home technology.

Work Hours:

• 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
• Weekend and Evening on-call rotation after training period

What You'll Do:

• Assist installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and components to company standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about service issues and solutions
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems when needed
• Complete service tickets and reports with attention to detail
• Uphold safety standards and company values at all times

What You Bring:

• Technological aptitude to navigate changing smart-home tech and regulations
• Strong mechanical ability with a commitment to quality work
• Methodical, patient, problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication skills with both customers and coworkers
• Willingness to invest mental and physical energy in one-on-one service training
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Commitment to developing customer service skills
• Physical stamina and reliability, being able to carry 100 lbs & maintain a high standard of work ethic.
