Compensation: $75,000 – $130,000+ (performance-based), including commissions and incentives. No earning ceiling.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a top-producing advisor to support and expand a thriving insurance and wealth management practice.
  • Engage with clients over the phone to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in hands-on training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in financial services.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial plans and insurance proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Pursue insurance licensing with the support and guidance of experienced mentors at TNFG.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in team settings to achieve common goals.
