Entry-Level Fiber Manager

We are looking for a motivated and approachable Entry-Level Fiber Manager to join our team in Draper, Utah. This is an on-site position, where the Entry-Level Fiber Manager will oversee field activities, support fiber representatives, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. As an Entry-Level Fiber Manager, you’ll help guide the team, monitor performance, and provide hands-on support to both customers and staff. In this role, you will also assist with scheduling, client inquiries, and troubleshooting to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities as an Entry-Level Fiber Manager:

• Lead and support the team in person as a professional Entry-Level Fiber Manager
• Oversee fiber sales and installation activities, coaching Entry-Level Fiber Representatives to succeed
• Provide hands-on support to customers and address questions while managing daily operations
• Track team performance, sales metrics, and client interactions as an Entry-Level Fiber Manager
• Assist with community outreach, local events, and in-person client meetings while supporting daily operations
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience while guiding the team as an Entry-Level Fiber Manager
• Collaborate with other managers to optimize workflows and improve daily operations
• Serve as a mentor to new team members, helping them navigate processes and customer interactions tied to daily operations
• Represent the Entry-Level Fiber Manager role during meetings, client check-ins, and field visits
• Support day-to-day activities while maintaining a professional and approachable presence in person and ensuring efficient daily operations

Qualifications as an Entry-Level Fiber Manager:

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in person with clients and team members throughout the day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within daily operations
• Friendly, approachable, and client-focused attitude
• Previous experience in sales, telecom, or team support is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in Draper
