Position Overview:

We are hiring motivated and energetic Entry Level Event Staff to assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events in Charlotte, NC. This on-site role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in event operations within a fast-paced environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including equipment, signage, and displays.

• Greet and assist attendees, providing directions and basic event information.

• Support the event team with logistical tasks during events.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized event environment.

• Distribute materials, merchandise, or promotional items as needed.

• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.

• Report issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
