Entry Level Customer Care Associate Duties:

• Interact daily with the public to identify individuals who qualify for free or low-cost wireless services.
• Guide customers through the step-by-step enrollment process in a friendly and accessible manner.
• Manage on-site hardware distribution, ensuring every qualified applicant leaves with a working device.
• The Entry Level Customer Care Associate also acts as a community ambassador, spreading awareness of TruConnect’s mission and benefits.
• Help residents navigate application hurdles to ensure no one is left behind due to technicalities.
• Collect and organize feedback from the community to improve our outreach and service delivery.
• Support the lead organizers in maintaining a professional and welcoming enrollment environment.
• The Entry Level Customer Care Associate must also consistently meet daily outreach targets to ensure maximum community impact across San Diego.
