Entry Level Customer Associate
Offshore Management Inc
San Jose, CA
Keeping it real: most entry-level jobs are about as exciting as watching paint dry in a rainstorm. Here at Bay Bridge Management Group, we prefer a bit more fire. We’re seeking an Entry Level Customer Associate who wants to crush the residential AT&T market and look good doing it. The Entry Level Customer Associate is a performance-driven role, which is HR-speak for "the harder you work, the more you make". Join us if you have a winning mindset and a sense of humor that gets you through the day!
The Entry Level Customer Associate will work on:
- Meeting with residential customers to get them signed up for AT&T before their current provider lets them down.
- Handling the enrollment paperwork (digitally, because it's 2026) with speed and zero errors.
- Convincing homeowners that AT&T is the soulmate their TV and Internet have been waiting for.
- Obliterating your weekly enrollment quotas like they personally offended you.
- Out-hustling your Entry Level Customer Associate teammates in a friendly (but actually very serious) quest for the top spot.
- Showing up to daily meetings with enough energy to power a small city.
- Learning the "art of the deal" and using it to win over even the toughest residents.
- Keeping a positive vibe even when the weather isn't cooperating with your sales goals.
We expect every Entry Level Customer Associate to have:
- A desire to win that borders on a personality trait.
- The ability to talk to humans without making it awkward (mostly).
- Resilience—you can take a "no" and keep moving like a pro.
- A competitive edge that makes you want to beat your own records every day.
- Basic tech-savviness (if you can use a tablet, you’re halfway there).
- The ability to stand and walk for periods of time without complaining to HR.
- A "hunger for more" that keeps you pushing when others would go home.
We are always drawn to self-starters—specifically the ones who see an obstacle and think "challenge accepted" rather than "time for a nap." If you flourish in fast-paced environments, take total ownership of your progress (because nobody likes a micromanager), and pursue goals with a passion that borders on a healthy obsession, you’ll definitely feel at home here.
Expect to benefit from:
- Commission-based pay, because your worth shouldn't be capped by a flat hourly rate.
- Weekly pay checks (because bills don't wait for "bi-weekly" nonsense).
- A work environment that actually encourages you to have a personality.
- Recognition and rewards for being the absolute best at what you do.
