As an Entry Level Client Support Associate, you will assist residents directly with wireless sales inquiries, provide thoughtful client plan recommendations, and deliver dependable support for device setup. The Entry Level Client Support Associate will complete training focused on sales presentation skills, client communication standards, and effective support practices.


Core Functions of the Entry Level Client Support Associate

  • Approach each client face‑to‑face to uncover mobile challenges and offer hands-on support that transitions naturally into sales conversations about AT&T phones.
  • Match the client with the right AT&T plan by using targeted questions that blend consultative support with confident sales guidance.
  • Execute device activation and account adjustments so the client receives reliable onboarding support that validates their sales decision.
  • Present AT&T wireless advantages in clear, persuasive language that helps the client choose confidently while feeling genuinely supported throughout the sales process.
  • Evaluate current devices and recommend AT&T upgrades that give the client better performance through practical support and value‑driven sales insight.
  • Build strong client relationships through timely check‑ins that reinforce ongoing support and open the door for additional sales conversations.

Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Client Support Associate


  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Background in customer-facing roles such as retail, sales, or client support is a plus.
  • Comfortable explaining wireless and mobile services in a clear, approachable way.
  • Someone eager to learn technical skills and grow into advanced responsibilities.
