From onboarding new Fiber + Voice clients to supporting upgrades across the full product suite, the Entry Level Client Relationship Manager ensures every touchpoint is clear, kind, and consistent—because great service isn’t loud; it’s reliable.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Client Relationship Manager
- Drive structured sales and onboarding support to build client rapport and educate users on Frontier’s fiber, phone, and bundled service options.
- Recommend tailored service plans by analyzing customer needs, usage patterns, and eligibility across Frontier’s full product suite.
- Coordinate account setup workflows by verifying documentation, confirming service availability, and managing activation timelines.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging client interactions, updating service milestones, and tracking account status to support retention and campaign visibility.
- Monitor client feedback and usage trends to identify upsell opportunities and enhance service delivery across fiber and bundled offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including tech support, provisioning, and billing—to resolve service issues and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Client Relationship Manager
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or marketing is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, sales, or account coordination—especially within telecom, retail, or service-driven industries.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools—with a focus on accurate data entry, account tracking, and workflow management.
