Entry-Level Brand Ambassador – Paid Training | Full-Time

We’re hiring enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our growing marketing team! This entry-level marketing position is perfect for individuals eager to launch a career in brand marketing, experiential marketing, event promotions, and customer engagement. No prior experience is required.

From day one, you’ll receive paid training, hands-on experience, and one-on-one mentorship, building real-world marketing skills while representing national brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns.

What You’ll Do as a Brand Ambassador

• Represent well-known client brands with professional and consistent messaging

• Engage face-to-face with customers at live events, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics

• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to optimize campaign performance

• Collaborate with marketing teams and fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all events

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and motivation to grow

• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Interest in marketing, brand promotions, or experiential campaigns preferred

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required
