Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Assist policyholders through phone calls and in-person visits, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and professionalism.
Policy Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about a wide range of insurance products and services available at the agency.
Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, maintaining a positive experience for each client.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure service standards are met.
Feedback and Improvement: Actively gather customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery and client satisfaction.
Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with sales and claims teams to ensure seamless customer service workflow.
Requirements
The preferred candidate would be bilingual in Spanish.
Education: A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance sector;
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide solutions to customer inquiries;
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of tasks;
Customer-Oriented: Strong desire to provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations;
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and office systems, including CRM software;
Licensing: An Active Maryland insurance license is required.
