About the Shop:
Mike’s Motor Zone is a high-integrity, customer-focused independent shop with a mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Operates 3 bays and 3 lifts, averaging 45–50 cars per week, with an ARO of ~$800. Leadership includes a Master Tech as General Manager. The shop emphasizes training, mentorship, and career growth, with a “train-the-trainer” model for developing B-Techs and Entry-Level Techs.

Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Your Role:

• Perform basic maintenance: oil changes, brakes, PA State Inspection & Emissions testing
• Assist B-Techs and Master Technicians in general repairs
• Support digital inspections and communicate findings to customers
• Learn and grow through hands-on mentorship and daily training

Requirements:

• 1+ year professional shop experience
• PA State Inspection & Emissions licensed
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Positive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
