Entry Level Autism Behavior Technician – Part and Full Time | Surprise / Northwest Valley

Adventure ABA, LLC is currently hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Autism Behavior Technicians to support children and families throughout the Surprise, Sun City West, and Northwest Valley communities. This role involves providing one-on-one in-home support to children with autism while helping them develop important communication, social, and life skills. There is also the option to attend sessions in clinic and in school throughout the valley.
No previous ABA experience is required. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, we provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training along with ongoing guidance from our clinical team.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want meaningful part-time work with a flexible schedule.
Pay: $18–$28 per hour
Service Area: Surprise, Sun City West, Peoria, and nearby Northwest Valley communities
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours with in-home sessions

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Behavior Technicians work directly with children with autism to help build communication, social, and everyday living skills.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing therapy plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Engaging children through play-based learning and structured activities
Recording simple data during therapy sessions
Supporting children as they develop new skills and independence
Each session provides an opportunity to encourage progress and celebrate important milestones.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Surprise/Northwest Valley area
