Entry-Level Assistant Manager

Comeback Investments, Inc. is actively hiring an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support one of our growing client campaigns. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on leadership experience while developing skills in team management, operations, and performance coaching.

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you will work directly with sales teams to oversee daily operations, improve performance metrics, and ensure a positive, results-driven work environment. Our structured training program provides the tools and mentorship needed to grow into higher-level leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily team operations including attendance tracking, activity management, and goal attainment
• Coach and mentor team members to improve communication, enrollment accuracy, and overall sales performance
• Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client standards
• Partner with senior leadership to refine local sales and marketing strategies
• Communicate expectations, updates, and performance feedback clearly and professionally
