Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and basic reporting
• Maintain vendor records and support compliance with accounting policies
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and daily transactions
• Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze financial data

What You Bring as the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant coursework/experience)
• Internship or 1+ year of experience in accounting, AP, or office support
• Working knowledge of Excel (sorting/filtering required; VLOOKUP a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
