Entry Level Account Manager

NCO's Enterprise is a marketing & sales firm based in Clearwater, FL and we are looking for an Entry Level Account Manager to join our account management team. As an Entry Level Account Manager you will undergo training, work with senior account managers in order to build your sales and customer service skills while also contributing to team success. Your daily functions as an Entry Level Account Manager include:

• Building relationships with clients, customers and partners in order order to build trust, brand loyalty and sales

• Support team goals while also meeting individual performance goals and helping drive campaign sales success

• The Entry Level Account Manager will guide clients through our service solutions helping them understand affordability and sales options

• Collaborate with associate Entry Level Account managers in order to drive sales and improve sales techniques

• Maintain high standards of client experience

• Support the process of growth initiatives by spotting upsell opportunities

• As an Entry Level Account Manager you will participate in continuous learning in order to build interpersonal and leadership skills

Entry Level Account Manager Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in management is preferred

• Previous experience as an Entry Level Account Manager, in customer service or sales is not necessary but would be beneficial

• Interpersonal and people skills

• Communication skills both written and verbal

• A Basic understanding of account management
