Entry Level Account Manager Core Duties

• Be the primary point of contact for businesses, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience interacting with the company.
• Creating and executing plans that focus on keeping AT&T clients happy and loyal to the company. This could involve understanding their needs, anticipating problems, and offering solutions.
• Looking for ways to grow the business within the current client base, such as offering new products or services and increasing the volume of existing offerings.
• Understanding what clients truly need and what's happening in the market to help create customized solutions that will help clients succeed in the long run.
• Collaborating with other Account Manager Trainees and internal departments to meet shared goals, such as sales quotas or growth targets.
• Continuously learning and developing to remain competitive and effective in the role.

Entry Level Account Manager Essential Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is preferred
