Role Requirements for an Entry Level Account Manager
Serve as the primary point of contact for AT&T Fiber accounts, ensuring every interaction supports long‑term retention and future sales opportunities.
Provide clear recommendations by matching customers with AT&T Fiber plans that fit their lifestyle, driving both customer satisfaction and clean sales outcomes.
Document and update customer records after each interaction to support accurate account management and smoother follow‑up sales conversations.
Troubleshoot and resolve service concerns in a calm, friendly manner, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen loyalty and reinforce the value of AT&T Fiber.
Explain AT&T Fiber features and benefits in simple, approachable language that builds trust and naturally leads into upgrade or plan‑change discussions.
Prepare basic sales reports and share insights with the team to support ongoing growth, identify trends, and improve account‑management performance.
