Entry Level Account Associate

As an Entry Level Account Associate, you’ll receive hands-on training in AT&T Fiber services, including plan options, coverage benefits, and account coordination. The Entry Level Account Associate will then work directly with customers to review account details, recommend adjustments, and support sales interactions that enhance account value. Through consistent communication and attention to detail, the Entry Level Account Associate maintains strong account organization while contributing to sales performance.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Associate

Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Associate

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience in sales or account support is a plus.
