Enterprise Imaging Consultant (PACS)

Job Responsibilities:

·         Provide subject‑matter expertise for Enterprise Imaging systems, specifically PACS and CPACS

·         Deliver administrative support, troubleshooting, and optimization for imaging platforms

·         Manage and execute EI‑related projects, including timeline coordination and stakeholder communication

·         Perform display protocol optimization and ensure clinical workflow alignment

·         Engage with clients to deliver consultation, best practices, and status reporting

·         Collaborate with a large, multi‑disciplinary imaging team (Radiology & Cardiology SMEs)

·         Support ongoing EI initiatives, system upgrades, and workflow improvements

·         Maintain documentation, reporting, and technical recommendations

Must Have / Required Skills:

·         5+ years working with Change Healthcare PACS and/or CPACS including diagnosing and troubleshooting software/workflow issues

·         5+ years working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

·         Strong IT background with experience maintaining and troubleshooting mission‑critical healthcare imaging systems

·         Solid understanding of clinical workflows, including HL7 and DICOM standards

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Effective time and resource management

·         Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

·         Ability to work daytime hours with some weekend availability
