Title: Enterprise Architect
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary Range: $56/hr

Introduction

We are seeking a well-groomed professional to join our Enterprise Architecture team. The successful candidate will work with senior leaders and architects to develop and maintain enterprise/platform architectures, data architectures, API strategies, and build enterprise solution architectures for new initiatives. The role also involves providing technology guidance, roadmaps, principles, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• 10 years of experience in enterprise/solution/distributed architecture
• Strong experience in creating distributed enterprise application architectures and solutions
• Hands-on experience in creating architecture diagrams and documents
• Strong understanding of enterprise APIs architectures, solutions, and strategies
• Strong understanding of distributed data architecture, including RDBMS, NoSQL, and BigData principles and practices
• Experience of technologies like Go, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, RDMS (preferably Postgres), NoSQL (preferably Cassandra), Messaging (Kafka)
• Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, standards, and technologies
• Experience in Agile, Kanban, CICD LEAN development models
• Strong knowledge in various deployment IT infrastructure architecture such as on-premise, cloud (AWS, GCP), and hybrid solutions

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise frameworks like TOGAF
• Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java/NodeJS/Python
• Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud technologies (GCP, AWS)
• Experience in designing system solutions and understanding business requirements
• Experience in conducting POCs
• Experience in FinTech ecosystems (banking, cards, payments, receivables, money movement, etc.)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and implementation of IT platform architecture to support various enterprise architecture requirements and initiatives
• Create enterprise architecture artifacts such as models, documents, and presentations
• Engage and work with cross-functional leaders to understand and help define business principles, goals, and strategy within scope of responsibility
