Pay & Schedule
- $29–$34/hour
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Shift: 6: 00 AM–2: 30 PM or 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM
- Overtime: Project-dependent (40–50+ hours/week possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HMI development (Red Lion, Allen-Bradley PanelView)
- Support PLC troubleshooting and basic programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell)
- Install and commission automation equipment in the field
- Perform HMI swaps, PLC changeouts, I/O card replacements, and Modbus installs
- Troubleshoot transmitters, relays, 4-20mA loops, and communication systems
Requirements
- Experience in electrical, instrumentation, or automation environments
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, control circuits, and communication devices
- Ability to troubleshoot using a multimeter (mA, VDC, VAC, Ohms)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must supply basic electrical hand tools
Tools & PPE
- Multimeter (mA/VDC/VAC/Ohms capable)
- Cat5 termination tools
- Modbus converter preferred
- Standard PPE provided
