As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a small team of 5 Engineers and manage multiple capital expenditure projects across an industrial facility. You will use strong project management and people leadership skills to drive a culture of motivation and productivity.

Description

Reporting directly into the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Leading capital expenditure projects across the facility.
• Managing a small team of Engineers.
• Maintaining all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, train, mentor, coach, and discipline team members.
• Develop and manage long term strategic plan.
• Provide strategic leadership centered around continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering required
• 6+ years of experience working in an industrial setting
• 3+ Experience in a leadership or management role
• Lean and continuous improvement experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience as a strategic leader
• Experience teams
