Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7–10+ years of CNC programming and manufacturing engineering experience
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in contract manufacturing or precision machining
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam and SolidWorks
- Lead and mentor a team of CNC programmers and manufacturing engineers
- Standardize processes, reduce setup and cycle times, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical input for quotes, lead times, and customer design feedback
- Oversee tooling strategies, fixture design, and NPI process development
Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
