Engineering Manager – Fabrication

In this position, you'll spearhead a dynamic team of engineers, overseeing the entire design lifecycle while collaborating with cross-departmental teams to develop cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Innovate Product Designs:** Navigate projects from concept phase through to prototyping, testing, and final production.
- **Leadership & Project Management:** Direct engineering staff, maintain a balanced workload, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- **Enhance Operational Efficiency:** Streamline processes, reduce costs, elevate quality, and ensure designs are production-ready.
- **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure all products comply with industry standards (ASME, ISO, DOT) and maintain thorough documentation.
- **Manufacturability Advocacy:** Collaborate in production design troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process refinement.
- **Expert Welding Integration:** Utilize your expert knowledge in welding throughout design and manufacturing stages.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Welding, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in design and manufacturing, including leadership roles.
- Extensive practical experience with welding techniques, sheet metal processes, and large assemblies.
