This role supports a global industrial manufacturer of power transmission, motion control, and chain-drive solutions, serving a broad range of industries such as automotive, industrial automation, material handling, and heavy manufacturing. Description
People Leadership- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
- Set clear expectations, establish accountability, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Remove obstacles that hinder team performance or project progress.
- Support professional growth and ensure strong collaboration across the team.
- Manage and execute 3-4 CapEx projects per year, overseeing initial scoping, planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, supply chain, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Learn the business and operate as a strategic partner to operations leadership.
- Identify and champion opportunities for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to long‑term engineering and manufacturing technology strategies.
- Promote best practices in equipment reliability, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
Profile
- 8-10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related technical environments.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams or technical staff.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with strong execution discipline.
- Experience leading CapEx initiatives and implementing new equipment, systems, or production processes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to drive accountability, influence cross‑functional teams, and motivate diverse engineering talent.
- Strong problem‑solving capability and a proactive mindset.
Job Offer
- Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 Plus Bonus Eligibility!
