Job Description:
This role is based in New York, NY, with periodic travel required. 
As a full-time position, it involves leading engineering teams to deliver mobile solutions and enhance platform efficiency. 
The role requires experience in managing software development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to deliver mobile solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product and customer needs.
Enhance platform efficiency to improve development processes.
Manage both co-located and remote engineering teams.
Drive innovation and inspire change within agile environments.

Qualifications
Experience in software industry, ideally in fintech.
Proven track record in managing engineering teams in dynamic environments.
Hands-on experience with large-scale application development.
Leadership skills in coaching and mentoring technical teams.
Experience with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
