Pay Rate: $46/hr (W2)

Shift: First (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Position Summary
We are seeking Support Engineering Data Specialists to develop and maintain technical publications for new or fielded major equipment systems and multiple subsystems. This role will focus on creating accurate, user-friendly documentation for all levels of maintenance while ensuring compliance with format standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop publication elements including theory of operations, flight manuals, troubleshooting procedures, illustrated parts breakdown, installation/removal procedures, and schematic diagrams.
Resolve gaps and inconsistencies in source data with originators.
Provide art mark-ups and visual content updates.
Update publication elements based on reviews, source data changes, and equipment modifications.
Collect, research, and analyze source data such as equipment requirements, maintenance concepts, task analysis documents, workflows, and design concepts to determine impacts on technical publications.
Identify inaccuracies in source data and take corrective action.
Validate source data assumptions for accuracy.
Conduct peer reviews of publication elements to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with customer standards.
Support customer verification reviews and apply corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
Experience with Contenta content management system.
Preferred Skills
Experience with S1000D specification.
Experience developing Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
Additional Details
Start Date: August 15, 2025 (ASAP preferred)
Training: Successful completion of OJT or classroom training required prior to assignment start.
Travel: None required
Schedule: Full-time, first shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
