Engagement Administrator
We are seeking an Associate Engagement Manager to join our consulting team. This role is
designed for someone eager to learn the basics of our business and grow into more advanced
responsibilities over time.
The role combines:
• Program coordination, registrar duties, office administration, and team support
(approximately 70%).
• Account management and client relationship responsibilities (approximately 30%).
• Travel (about 10%) to support on-site leadership programming.
This position is well-suited for someone who thrives on organization, writing, and learning new
systems and who is excited to develop into higher-level client and project management
functions.
This is a direct hire position with a salary of $75,000 – 90,000 with located in the South Park area of Charlotte NC
Duties & Responsibilities
Program Coordination, Registrar, and Administrative Support
• Manage lifecycle communications for program participants, including readiness emails,
reminders, and follow-ups.
• Track enrollment, pre-work completion, and engagement activities using internal
systems.
• Provide logistical and scheduling support for participants and consultants.
• Prepare notes, materials, and summaries for coaching calls, group sessions, and
capstone programs.
• Support digital leadership sessions across platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Office management: order supplies, manage inventory, prepare and ship program
materials, and handle post office needs.
• Scheduling: manage calendars for consulting team members, book meetings, and
coordinate travel.
• Administrative support for day-to-day operational needs, expense reporting, and task
follow-up.
Account and Client Relationship Management (approximately 30%)
• Manage up to 30% of the consulting portfolio, slowing gaining exposure to a variety of
solutions and offerings.
• Provide project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and edit written communications for clients and partners.
• Manage event planning details to support client engagements.
• Contribute to scope of work agreements, contracts, and other client documentation.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, acting with professionalism and grace.
Growth and On-Site Leadership Program Support (approximately 10%)
• Travel to advance meeting rooms and support live delivery of on-site leadership
development programs.
Required Skills and Orientation
• Superior writing skills for business and client communication.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with technology, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google workspace
