• Support due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution processes

• Collaborate with senior bankers, investors, and sector specialists on client strategy and deal workflows

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Strong interest in energy, utilities, renewables, infrastructure, or sustainability-related finance

• Solid financial modeling and valuation skills; familiarity with project finance is a plus

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
