Energy Manager – Plant Level

Candidates should bring a background of 3 to 5 years in energy-saving initiatives and a deep knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems. An engineering degree is a prerequisite. The position focuses on optimizing energy use in our Cleveland facility, tasking you with formulating and spearheading projects to enhance energy performance. Utilizing data analysis, engineering skills, audits, and team collaboration, you'll be crucial in shaping strategy, pinpointing cost-reduction methods, spearheading the ISO 50001 framework, and collaborating on long-term energy and sustainability targets. Key responsibilities include guiding the energy management system per ISO 50001 standards, cultivating partnerships to discover operational efficiencies, tracking and advancing energy performance metrics, conducting audits within industrial processes, and managing energy monitoring systems. Expertise in thermal processes, compressed air systems, dust collection, and related areas is vital.
