Job Description:
The Associate EEC supports energy efficiency consultants by assisting with client projects, data analysis, and operational tasks for industrial and commercial clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support Energy Efficiency Consultants (EECs) in client meetings and site walk-throughs
• Assist with special projects, including data cleanup and analysis
• Work within spreadsheets to organize and manage project data
• Shadow senior team members and take on administrative and support tasks
• Collaborate with team members across industrial, municipal, and small business segments
• Gradually support small to mid-sized clients with project execution

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performing detailed data work
• Willingness to be in the field and attend onsite client meetings

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Experience in energy efficiency or sustainability programs
• Background working with commercial or industrial clients
