The EnergyData Operations Coordinator plays a cross-functional role supporting ecom‑energy’s benchmarking, emissions, sustainability, and energy consulting services. This position is in office and responsible for maintaining high‑quality data across the organization through accurate data input, meticulous data management, validation, and structured organization of client and internal datasets in ecom-energy's software systems. The Coordinator supports multi-department data requests, ensuring that all ecom‑energy teams have reliable, consistent, and ready-to-use data for compliance reporting, emissions calculations, benchmarking submissions, and client deliverables.

Key Duties:
  • Cross-functional project management and coordination.
  • Energy Data Input and Management.
  • Energy Data Validation & Verification.
  • Cross-Functional Data Support.
  • Data Governance & Workflow Support.
  • Emissions Data Support.
  • General Energy & Sustainability Support Duties.

Skillsets & Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work with large data sets.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, or data management systems.
  • Comfort working with multiple data sets and types of data sets.
  • Very strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines.
  • Ability to work across a large portfolio of multiple customers and data sets while maintaining efficiency.

  • EcomInsight, Utility Management & Compliance system.
  • EcomEmissions, Carbon Accounting & Compliance system.

  • Smarsheets (cloud based excel program).
