Operations POSITION OVERVIEW Are you a strategic operations leader ready
to drive innovation and global growth? Encapsys is seeking a dynamic
Director of Operations to lead our manufacturing excellence across three
global sites in Wisconsin and Singapore. This is a high-impact role
where you'll shape the future of our operations, champion safety and
sustainability, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver world-class
performance. You'll oversee new product commercialization, capital
planning, project engineering, and operational alignment-ensuring we not
only meet but exceed our business goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead with
Vision: Align operations with long-term strategic goals and short-term
business objectives. Champion Safety & Sustainability: Foster a culture
of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. Drive
Performance: Set and achieve ambitious KPIs across manufacturing sites
and operations teams. Scale for Growth: Strategically plan and implement
new production capabilities and global supply chains. Inspire
Excellence: Build a high-performance culture rooted in Lean Sigma,
employee engagement, and Milliken values. Collaborate
Cross-Functionally: Partner with R&D, Market Development, Finance, and
HR to drive innovation and execution. Develop Talent: Mentor and grow a
strong bench of future leaders in operations, supply chain, and project
management. Ensure Continuity: Lead business continuity planning and
execution across global facilities. Represent Operations: Be the voice
of operations in business unit and division-level reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering 8+
years of progressive leadership in chemical manufacturing Global
operations experience Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
performance improvement methodologies Strong communication, strategic
