Shift Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Days of Week: MONDAY-FRIDAY

 

Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure seamless clinical operations. Troubleshoots application issues, collaborates with clinical and IT teams to tailor EMR solutions, and monitors system performance for compliance and data integrity. Provides end-user training and technical support while documenting configurations and workflows. Coordinates software updates with vendors and stakeholders and analyzes feedback to recommend system improvements.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with clinical and IT teams to resolve system concerns.

  • Monitor system performance to ensure compliance, reliability, and data integrity.

  • Provide end-user training and technical support for EMR applications.

  • Document system configurations, workflows, and process changes.

  • Coordinate software updates, upgrades, and testing with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Analyze user feedback and system performance to recommend improvements and enhance functionality.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Education

  • Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college or university plus one (1) year of relevant work experience required.

  • An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required experience.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

  • Basic knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT environments

  • Experience troubleshooting application or system issues

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to provide end-user training and technical support

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • None required

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation

  • Employees in this position may operate vehicles for assigned business purposes as a non-frequent driver.
