We are working with a fast-growing, successful plaintiff employment litigation law firm in California that is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Associates to join the team!
Location: 100% remote in California
Base Salary Range: $140k-$160k/year + bonuses (target total compensation of $250k/year range)

Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems.
- Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
- Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact.
- Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
- Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients.
- Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight.
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 5+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Superb research, writing, and analytical ability.
- Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team.
- Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive.
