We are seeking highly skilled professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Required Skills:
- Valid RN or LPN licensure in good standing
- Current CPR (BLS), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Prior experience in Critical Access Hospitals preferred
- Proficiency with Athena EMR system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and bedside skills
- Flexibility to float between ER and Med-Surg departments as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working with diverse patient populations
- Experience in high-acuity emergency settings
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Leadership or mentoring experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based nursing experience
- Travel nursing background highly desirable
- Knowledge of working in rural or critical access facilities
Other Requirements:
- Valid state licensure and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Ability to work the 6:30 PM 6:30 AM shift, 12-hour nights on a rotating schedule (Thursdays-Tuesdays)
- Previous travel experience and familiarity with housing logistics
- Willingness to work in a high-volume environment that requires flexibility between ER and Med-Surg duties
