Details:
- Specialty: Emergency Department Team
- Location: Waukegan, IL
- Facility Type: Community acute-care hospital
- Salary: $270/hr for day shifts, $290/hr for night shifts
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000, paid quarterly (based on experience & shift volume) Quarterly sign-on bonus, contingent on a minimum of 8 shifts per month.
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
- Flexible, independent 1099 contractor structure
- Long-term stability or part-time flexibility
Qualifications:
- Are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) Preferred
- Have or are eligible for an Illinois medical license
- Are skilled in core ED procedures (intubation, central lines, chest tubes, etc.)
- Work well under pressure and thrive in a team-based environment
