Position Summary:
Hit Promotional Products is seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products that meet client specifications. The ideal candidate has prior experience with embroidery machinery, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-head embroidery machines to meet production goals.

• Read and follow work orders, design placements, and thread/color specifications.

• Load and unload garments or promotional products onto the machine.

• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, and thread replacement.

• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring proper stitching, alignment, and quality.

• Troubleshoot machine errors and make minor adjustments to improve output.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following company safety procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production schedules.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as an embroidery machine operator preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to read and interpret production work orders and design specifications.

• Basic mechanical skills for machine setup and troubleshooting.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Full-time position in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
