Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain clear records of customer interactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Previous customer support experience is a plus but not require
