Location: Atlanta, GeorgiaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $90,000 - 110,000 per yearWe are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic architect of our email ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, execution, and deep analysis of all email marketing programs, playing an essential part in driving qualified lead generation and sales conversions across diverse markets.You aren't just sending messages; you are a highly analytical and creative leader dedicated to the art of personalization. You will ensure every communication is precisely targeted and fully integrated into the broader customer journey and marketing automation efforts. If you have a passion for transforming data into engaging, high-conversion narratives that move customers closer to their dream home, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and manage the comprehensive email marketing strategy across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial lead nurturing and customer acquisition to post-sale engagement.Design, build, and deploy high-volume, dynamic email campaigns (e.g., promotional blasts, lead nurturing drip campaigns, behavioral triggers, transactional emails).Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.) to enhance targeting, personalization, and deliverability.Ensure all email campaigns are compliant with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.Performance & OptimizationEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all email programs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribes, and lead quality).Conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action (CTAs), and deployment times to continuously improve performance.Provide regular, in-depth reporting and analysis to senior management on campaign results and their impact on sales and customer experience targets.Manage the health and growth of the email database, including segmentation, data hygiene, and list acquisition strategies.Content & CollaborationCollaborate with the Content and Creative teams to develop compelling, on-brand email content and templates that reflect value proposition of comfort, affordability, and energy efficiency.Work closely with the Sales and Division Marketing teams to align email campaigns with local community openings, special offers, and divisional sales goals.Integrate email strategy with other digital channels, including website, social media, and paid media, to ensure a cohesive omnichannel customer experience.Qualifications:Required Education & Experience.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.4+ years of dedicated experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of managing high-volume email programs for a B2C organization.Experience in the homebuilding, real estate, or a related high-value purchase industry is highly preferred.Proven proficiency with at least one major Marketing Automation/CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo Engage, Eloqua, HubSpot).Required Skills & CompetenciesExceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable email strategies.Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing and troubleshooting is a plus.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and a flexible time-off (FTO) program.JOBID: 122025-119166#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
