JOB TITLE: Electronics Test Technician - 1st Shift
LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL
PAY RATE: $26-32/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (EST)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Set up and conduct tests on electronic assemblies, circuit cards, and RF systems

• Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits to the component level using schematics

• Calibrate and adjust electronic systems and test equipment

• Analyze test results and recommend improvements or modifications

• Assist engineers in developing test procedures for new products

• Perform quality checks in accordance with established standards

• Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and signal generators

• Document test results and maintenance actions using Microsoft tools

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Technical training or Associate-level experience preferred

• 1+ year of experience testing electronic assemblies

• Strong component-level troubleshooting skills (solid state, analog, and digital circuits)

• Ability to read and interpret schematics

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data collection tools

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
