Electronic Solderer

Nesco Resource is looking for an Electronic Soldering Assembler located in Patterson, NY. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay: $18-$22/hour Depending on Experience

Position Overview: This role involves the assembly and soldering of custom electronic components used in the electronics manufacturing industry. Candidates should be motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with small electronic assemblies. Due to the technical nature and customization requirements of the products, employees may have opportunities for cross-training on multiple units.

Essential Attributes

• Proficiency in soldering
• Comfortable using small hand tools
• Strong attention to detail for small electronic assemblies
• Willingness to learn, take on additional technical responsibilities, and multitask
• Reliability and punctuality

• Previous soldering and electronics assembly experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to read CAD drawings and follow work instructions
• Ability to work independently
