Company:The Marque Longevity Lab (Rebrand, New Acquisition/Launch)
Role Summary
placeM!NT Recruiting is hiring for a Florida licensed Electrologist with an active Florida Esthetician license for The Marque Longevity Lab, the relaunch of an established medical aesthetics and longevity practice in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hands-on clinical role in a modern setting where advanced skincare, electrology, and laser-based aesthetic services are delivered with a safety-first, people-first standard. If you are licensed in Florida, steady in your craft, and proud of creating calm, consistent client experiences, this role is built for you. If you meet most of the requirements and you are excited about the work, we would love to hear from you. Please apply even if you do not check every box.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join the launch team and help shape culture, client experience, and day-to-day execution as we grow.
What You’ll Do
You will deliver high-quality aesthetic services in a modern med spa environment where no shortcuts is real, clients feel genuinely cared for, and consistency builds long term trust. Success in the first 6 to 12 months looks like confident execution across core services, strong protocol discipline, low complaint or rework patterns, and a loyal client base that rebooks because the experience is excellent, not because they felt pressured.
- Perform laser-based aesthetic treatments within established protocols and physician-supervised workflows. A telehealth supervision model is already in place
- Provide electrology services with strong technique, client comfort, and meticulous sanitation standards
- Deliver skincare services such as facials, peels, and extractions as applicable with a calm bedside manner and clear client education
- Guide service first next steps including rebooking, memberships, or packages when appropriate in a non-pushy, trust-building way

- Exposure to additional energy-based devices (e.g., IPL/BBL/RF) with training/validation provided by the clinic
- Experience using Zenoti or a similar scheduling/point-of-sale system
Benefits
This is a solid, growth-forward role for someone who wants stability, respect for clinical standards, and a clear path to earn more as your scope and autonomy are validated.
