An established manufacturer of high-purity gas delivery systems seeks an Electro-Mechanical Final Assembler to support production of complex assemblies and sub-systems. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, careful adherence to procedures and drawings, and basic electronics knowledge including familiarity with PLC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret drawings, specifications, travelers, and work instructions to execute final assembly.
* Fit, align, and secure mechanical components to achieve proper function.
* Route and connect cables, tubing, and wiring; perform basic terminations as directed.
* Identify and replace defective or out-of-tolerance parts.
* Safely operate common shop tools and equipment for standard assembly procedures.
* Perform functional checks; provide input on build quality and performance.
* Complete production records and documentation accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices.
* Collaborate with team members to obtain components and equipment.
* Work overtime as needed to meet schedule commitments.



Job Requirements:

* Quality-focused with strong attention to detail and repeatability.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity; excellent hand-eye coordination for small parts.
* Ability to follow standardized procedures thoroughly and consistently.
* Time-management skills with respect for priorities and deadlines.
* Physical capability to stand, bend, twist, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Good near vision and fine motor skills for precision assembly.
* Willingness to adhere to all safety policies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
* Proficient with hand tools and common manufacturing equipment.
* Able to read engineering drawings and travelers.
* Basic electronics knowledge and familiarity with PLC operations.
* Prior experience in cable/tube routing and mechanical assembly in a regulated environment is a plus.
