Electro-Mechanical Assembler/Technician Fremont, CA Assembler Job Responsibilities: * · Produce equipment by assembling parts and subassemblies as per OMS, and workmanship standards. · Produce cable and harness as per wiring diagram. · Preform testing of assemblies are per test procedure Assembler Job Duties: * Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions (OMS) specifications, workmanship standards and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and procedures. Assembler Skills and Qualifications: * · Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems · High school diploma + Min 3 years (CM) Manufacturing Experience PCB Assembly · Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Quality, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Tooling, Safety Management, Power Tools experience will be plus. (CM) Contract Manufacturing Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Remotely: No Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: PCB Assembly: 1 year (Preferred) Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred) (CM) Contract Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Electro-Mechanical Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
