Electricaian - Installer

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Installation – Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
  System Inspections & Testing – Conduct inspections and perform electrical tests to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with all codes
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Identify electrical issues, diagnose system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
• Customer Interaction – Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide updates throughout the job
• Code Compliance – Ensure all installations and repairs meet national, state, and local electrical codes
• Service Calls & Estimates – Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate estimates for proposed work
• Documentation – Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, repairs, installations, and materials
• Safety Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, and best practices
• Customer Service – Deliver outstanding, professional, customer-first service at every visit

Qualifications

• Experience – 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
• Licensing – Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school training is a plus
• Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and code requirements
• Service Software – Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
• Communication Skills – Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
• Attention to Detail – Skilled at accurate installations, diagnostics, and maintaining high quality and safety standards
• Customer-Focused – Committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
