Electrician (Onsite)
Primary Location: Los Angeles, California

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Electrician for our premier client in Los Angeles, California.

Education and Experience »
Top requirements:
  • C-10 license or Journeyman’s license
  • Electrical Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
  • Controls & Automation Knowledge (PLCs / Motor Controls)
  • Electrical Compliance (LOTO, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • C-10 License / Journeyman’s license
  • Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport.
  • Availability to work during day or night shift including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ electrical experience.
  • Ability to understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
  • Proficiency in CMMS and office software (spreadsheets, word processing, project management).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and instruments.
  • Calculate electrical load requirements and ensure proper installation of wiring and components.
  • Accurately document work in the CMMS system.
  • Follow all safety protocols and complete required training.
  • Collaborate effectively in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
